Cancellations and Refunds
Cohort-Based Refund Policy
AIEngg courses are delivered as cohort-based programs with live instruction, community access, and time-bound resources.
Refund Window
- Day 1 is defined as the official start date of the cohort.
- Refund requests may be made until Day 6 (inclusive) of the cohort.
- For the March 2026 cohort, the refund window closes on 6 March 2026.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@aiengg.dev within the refund window.
- Access to course materials, recordings, community platforms, or live sessions during the refund window does not affect refund eligibility.
After the Refund Window
- After Day 6, all payments made are non-refundable.
- Any future payments due under installment or flexible payment plans remain payable and non-refundable.
Payment Plans
Full Payment Plan
If a refund is requested within the refund window, the full amount paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Flexi (Installment) Payment Plan
- Payments made before the refund request may be refunded if the request is made within the refund window.
- Any remaining scheduled installments remain due and payable if the refund window has expired.
General
- No refunds will be issued for partial participation, non-attendance, or inability to continue due to personal reasons after the refund window.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- Payment gateway fees, processing charges, taxes, and any non-recoverable setup or onboarding costs may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable, unless prohibited by law.
- This refund policy applies except where a refund is otherwise required under applicable law.
